In the mobile application, on the home screen and in the Payments section, predefined templates are available for paying common monthly bills created by the Bank with certain fields already filled in, and you only need to add the amount and a reference to the approval number. If you access NLB Klik from your computer, you can also access the templates created by the Bank through the Payments section. In addition to each field that is not filled in the selected template, additional instructions are given on what to enter in that field, so paying monthly bills is much easier and faster.

Whether you are accessing the app from your phone or computer, the payment receipt can now be downloaded immediately after a transaction is completed by clicking on the "Download receipt" option available on that screen. Also, in the details of each transaction and Orders archive, the same option is available, which means that you can download the confirmation in PDF format at any time.

Access NLB Klik and open the Cards section. Find the card whose limits you want to adjust, then the Settings (limits and channels) option. In case you are accessing from a computer, before this step you select the Card Details option. Select the channel (POS, ATM, internet) for which you want to change the daily and/or monthly limits, and after making the changes, click on the Save option.

You can also show your interest for the card through the NLB Klik application by going to the Products-Cards section, where you will click on the "I am interested in this product" button at the bottom of the screen.

All purchases with the NLB payment card are visible on the monthly statement of consumption, which you can receive once a month to your email address. Call our Contact Center at +382 19888 or visit a branch to activate this service. And as a user of NLB Klik, you can see the balance and all transactions made with a payment card, as well as a monthly statement of consumption without the need to go to a branch!

NLB Uštedi kusur service is activated by signing the contract in the branch. When paying in the country and abroad (at POS terminals or paying on the Internet) with all VISA and MasterCard debit cards of NLB Bank, the difference between the regular price and the amount you selected is transferred to a special savings account. Since the service is activated per debit card lot, this means that if an additional card is linked to your account, the service will be activated on this card as well.

If you do not want to wait in huge queues to pay your monthly credit card installment, you can open a standing order in the Bank. The monthly debt will be automatically charged from the selected account on the first working day of the month immediately after the creation of the credit card statement, and your only obligation is to provide funds on the account.

NLB Pay is a digital wallet, an application located in your mobile phone, which enables contactless payment at POS terminals with a mobile phone that has NFC (Near Field Communication) technology enabled. NLB Pay provides an excellent user experience of paying with a mobile phone, which results from the payment method - the same as when paying with a contactless card (entering the four-digit card code (PIN) remains only for purchases over 40 EUR), as well as security, because your mobile phone you should not hand over to the seller.

NLB Pay digital wallet can be used by all users of NLB Visa and Mastercard payment cards (debit, credit, business). An additional condition for use is a mobile phone with the Android operating system (version Android 7 Nougat and later versions) and NFC technology for contactless communication - payments. Due to the security standards of the card systems, the NLB Pay digital wallet does not work on mobile phones with changed factory settings or mobile phones that have changed the preset programming code (violation of security - "rooted" mobile phones). It also does not work if your phone is not secured/locked with at least one security feature - passcode, pattern, fingerprint, face recognition. The use of the NLB Pay digital wallet does not depend on the choice of mobile operator. The use of the NLB Pay wallet in the iOS operating system is not possible due to restrictions set by Apple.
